Biography: Choosing her own Adventure

Claire Eaton Biography

"I know two simple yet life changing facts... I can make choices about everything in my life and I have a choice as to how I live my life moment to moment and day to day; from that knowledge, I can choose to fly in any direction I wish and I do." ~ Claire

Claire's interest was sparked and the rest is history

Claire is a National Speaker, Facilitator, Personal Coach, Writer, Wife and Parent with relentless motivation and determination for ROC mindset education in Australia. Her profound interest in resilient, optimistic and confident living has grown from her rich experience in education, working with youth and adults and really taking notice of the ways in which mindset can lift us up or drag us down. As a speaker and a woman in business, Claire doesn't tell stories that bring a tear to your eye, neither does she share sad personal experiences or tales of adversity, however Claire does share her powerful ROC mindset messages through stories and insights and does so in the most practical and common sense way she knows - with honesty, humour and keeping it real. Audiences appreciate that.

Claire is currently writing her first book, which she hopes will be released in 2018. Claire is writing especially for young people, the precious young men and women, in their teen years and transitioning into adulthood with resilience, optimism and confidence. Watch this space!

Claire draws upon her diverse range of training and experiences when she connects with individuals and audiences; 20 years education experience, parenting her own teenager, BA. Arts and BA. Education knowledge, Rites of Passage Facilitator,  Accredited Women's Circle Leader, Certificate of Master and Performance Coaching, Practitioner in NLP, ASIST Qualified and hundreds of coaching hours with youth and adults along with countless presentations to audiences Australia-wide.

Born to choose her own adventure

Claire has probably been coaching and educating all of her adult life, but it was not until 2007 that she formalised her natural ability and has never looked back. Not everyone is fortunate to find the 'thing' that makes them tick, but Claire has; she was born to coach and she was born to educate. When Claire is guiding an intentional conversation or standing before an audience of 10 or 1000, she is in the flow and that is where she feels most relaxed and at home ~ without notes or script she speaks from the heart and connects with audiences in the most natural way.

Success along the way

In 2015 Claire was the winner of the International “What’s on Awards” recognizing the ROC workshops she offered in schools for youth transitioning into high school. In 2015, Claire was also proudly nominated for Australian of the Year and Pride of Australia Medal.

In 2015 she was named Top 100 in Nifnex 'Influential Small Business' Awards and finished in the Top 10 in AusMumpreneur 'Making a Difference' Award. Whilst Claire is proud of the her achievements, she is motivated on a daily basis to share her ROC Mindset messages with youth, adults, schools, clubs and corporate organizations and the difference she makes is reward in itself.
