Reminder ~ ROC & RISE has many opportunities to pause reading, reflect and write, which makes the book best suited to having one owner who uses it as a ROC FIT resource throughout their teen years, by adding their own personal notes and reminders along the way.
Personalised Book Signings Available
When the book is signed with individual’s names, it’s a wonderful way to help young people feel special and more comfortable speaking about mental health.
