Claire Eaton’s Professional Biography
Choosing her own Adventure
“I am certain about two simple yet life changing facts… I can make choices about everything in my life and I have a choice as to how I live my life. From moment to moment and day to day, I can direct my thoughts and fly in any direction I choose.” ~ Claire Eaton
Claire’s interest was sparked and the rest is ROC
Claire is a National Speaker, Personal Coach, Writer, wife and proud mum to her teenage son. She brings never-ending motivation and determination for ROC mindset education in Australia in sharing her prevention-focused mental health message. Her profound interest in resilient, optimistic and confident living, has grown from her rich experience in education, in her former roles as Senior Teacher, Deputy Principal and Tutor at Edith Cowan University. Claire has been sharing and teaching her ROC Mindset approach with tweens, teens, young adults and families through her private practice since 2007.
As a speaker and a woman in business, Claire doesn’t tell stories that bring a tear to your eye, neither does she share tales of adversity, however Claire does share her powerful ROC mindset messages through stories and insights and she does so in the most practical and common sense way she knows – with honesty, humour and always keeping it real.
Claire’s book, ROC and RISE, will be released early in 2019. ROC and RISE is written especially for young people navigating their teenage years with more resilience, optimism and confidence.
Claire draws upon her diverse range of training and experiences when she connects with individuals and audiences; 20 years education experience, parenting her own teenager, BA. Arts and BA. Education knowledge, Rites of Passage Facilitator, Accredited Women’s Circle Leader, Certificate of Master and Performance Coaching, Practitioner in NLP and EFT, ASIST Qualified and hundreds of coaching hours with youth and parents.
Born to choose her own adventure
