Audiobook downloads not working? Problems with playing your audiobook?

Here are some frequently asked questions which may help you troubleshoot any issues with your audiobook.

No. However, the audio files for Claire’s audiobook and Parent Audio Guide can be played on any device that can play MP3 files (which is most modern devices).

How do I access the audio files after purchasing the Audiobook or the Audio Parent Guide?2020-06-11T13:05:47+08:00

Shortly after making your purchase, you should have received an email which contains links to download the audio files. If you didn’t receive the email, please check your SPAM folder. If you still can’t find the email, please email Karah, Claire’s support team.

When I try to listen to the audio, I get a message saying ‘sorry, you have reached your download limit for this file’. What now?2020-04-17T08:59:30+08:00

For security purposes, we have applied a download limit of 5 for each audio file. If you need the download limit reset, please email Karah, Claire’s support team.

The audiobook is split into nine MP3 files. They can be downloaded and played on any device music player. For security purposes, we allow a maximum of 5 downloads per audio file. If you need your download limit reset, please email Karah, Claire’s support team.
