Because tweens only get one chance to step from primary to high school well, and every parent wants their child to feel equipped and ready to transition to year 7 with resilience, confidence, strategies and tools to do their personal best. Claire will be drawing upon her 30+ years experience and books she has written especially for high schoolers.

At the session no child will be asked to work in a group or speak in front of others. It’s a stress free and no pressure zone for children coming from all around WA.

• Tools to understand and navigate big emotions: stress, worry and anxiety at home and school
